Benefits of drinking Water
Between the synapses of your brain is water-not beer or juice or sports drink-water. I'm sure you've heard that drinking water is important, and it is. But, do you know what happens to your body when you don't drink enough water? Actually, by the time you feel thirsty your body has already suffered the consequences of dehydration.
When your body is not adequately hydrated, it affects your overall health. One of the first symptoms is a headache. Often people will take a couple of aspirin, when actually they need to drink a couple of glasses of water. The next time you get a headache, try this before taking medication.
It's not uncommon for people to develop heartburn, allergies, arthritis, Lupus, and various autoimmune conditions because they don't drink enough water. Don't we all know someone with one of these problems? You see, you can't flush toxins out with sugar and caffeine. Very simply, your body stops functioning properly without adequate amounts of water.
Maybe you've never heard this before. How can water cure all these problems? Well, don't underestimate the power of the pharmaceutical industry. Right now there's no money to be made by writing people prescriptions for water.
If you're used to consuming lots of soft drinks, the taste of water may not be all that enticing. Well, there are many ways to get more water into your body. First, limit the amount of soft drinks you consume. The sugar and caffeine have to be processed by your body and this requires water-water that you're not drinking enough of.
Because the body needs water to cool down, it's just logical that we can prevent dehydration and heatstroke by drinking water. Water cools down the body and without it, the heat from the sun or any heat source will trigger the rapid rise of the body temperature. It's not enough that we just drink the recommended eight glasses of water on a hot day. Even if you're under the sun, having a constant water supply will prevent heatstroke. However, be cautious since there are also known cases of heatstroke caused by sunburn. Water and a powerful sun block should do the trick.

Greetings World opened for business in May of 2007 and now after 18 months we are still improving with more and more customers every day from advertising and personal recommendations. Once a customer visits our shop, they can see that the selection is vast including mum, dad, wife, husband, son and daughter – more than 50 choices in each of these titles plus a large choice in most of the family titles. There are also over 100 different blank cards for you to add your own special message to in fine art, animals, boats, sports, floral to name just a few. We also have a growing selection of Spanish cards. In fact, there are so many cards that we are now running out of space!

Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT as it is known, is a brand new innovative method for releasing, without pain the emotional charges behind a wide variety of personal problems.
Originally developed in the early 1980’s by Dr Roger Callahan an acupuncturist and psychologist, as an overhaul for the Psychotherapy industry. The results produced were outstanding, issues that what would have normally taken years in therapy to resolve were reduced to months, months of therapy reduced to weeks, weeks to days, and this even for the most severe phobias, post traumatic stress disorders and addictions.
The process was refined in the 1990’s by Gary Graig who saw the broader possibilities for EFT.
As a therapeutic technique there is little to equal its simplicity and effectiveness. Many established therapists are now reporting a success rate of around 90% for many conditions.

The immediate history of EFT maybe short but its future is secure.

EFT is based upon the principle that everything is energy and a negative response creates a disruption in the bodies flow of energy, a little like the flow of energy to a TV set becoming disrupted and showing itself as a ZZZZZ where the picture and sound are compromised. By removing the disruption and realigning the energy flow the picture and sound once again become clear.
EFT is the procedure we use to realign the bodies ZZZZZ and return the energy flow to normal.
This is accomplished through a series of non invasive, pain free ‘tapings’ to stimulate specific meridian points (a little like acupuncture, but without the needles) whilst focusing on the initial problem at hand, this results in the emotional charge behind the issue being released and the normal energy flow restored.
Although this can happen in one single session, 3 to 5 sessions are more common to resolve an issue.
So if you have ever wanted to be free of your fears or phobias, improve your self-confidence or sporting ability then maybe you should investigate EFT to find out how….
